[Collaboa] Installation problem

I have installed following on my FreeBSD 6.0

ruby18-iconv-1.8.2,1 An iconv wrapper class for Ruby
libiconv-1.9.2_1    A character set conversion library

And here that part work fine.
But not together with subversion 1.3.0
