[Collaboa] Possible new features for Collaboa

The work I'm finishing up right now doesn't address the subversion
issue, however it would be very easy to add a repository property to
the new Project class, and perhaps modifying the repository browser
wouldn't be too hard.

I should have this ready sometime tomorrow. When I do, I'll post to
the list and you can see for yourself if it gets you any closer.
