[Collaboa] Something for the weekend - Announcement of Retrospectiva [Collaboa fork]

Hi!

I would like to announce the first development release of Retrospectiva, 
a web based project management tool for software development projects, 
originally based on Collaboa.

Features:
  Simple but very flexible extension interface
  Issue tracking
  Code browser (Subversion SVN)
  Changeset and revision management
  Wiki (Extension)
  Announcement Blog (Extension)
  Multiple repositories and projects
  Multiple built-in SPAM filtering techniques

Short notes:
I have reworked Collaboa from the ground up, to make it more 
maintainable and understandable. Not much of the old code has survived, 
so the both projects are not compatible to each other, BUT there is a 
simple way to migrate the old Collaboa database to the new format. I 
could write a (ActiveRecord) migration script if there;s a significant 
interest in transferring old data to Retrospectiva.
