[Collaboa] time estimates

Hello List,

I think posting to mailing list is more appropriate then using ticket 
comments to discuss
this matter. I'd like to implement time estimates in tickets (see #11), 
as I really need it
- and would like to do it in a way that would suit other users.

In my opinion it would be necessary to have two values: estimated time 
and time spent,
which both could be updated. Out of these values %-complete could be 
calculated
for each ticket and for the milestones in general.

How does the billing branch look like, does it base on ticket time 
estimates?
