[Collaboa] goals?

Hi,
you may have seen me add ten new tickets or so.
Well, what are your goals? I've got the impression that you want a
simplistic, but still powerful ticket tracker. Now, I'm working for an
open-source OS called Haiku (http://haiku-os.org). We need a new
bug/task tracker since our tasks (and status) are constantly out of date
and a computer-noob would not be able to fill out a bug form correctly
since it's too complicated (too many fields, even our developers don't
use them). BTW, we use Bugzilla.
I've written up a suggestion of how I imagine project management:
https://secure.cvsdude.org/trac/railfrog/cms/wiki/ProjectManagement
BTW, it's a generic proposal (not Collaboa-specific). SVN could be
pulled out by simply configuring Collaboa to not use it. Please don't
manipulate the wiki page, but post back to the mailing list. Thanks!
I could invest a little bit of time into this, but I don't have any
Ruby/Rails experience, so I'd have to learn it while doing usability
improvements (if you're interested in my idea, otherwise I would do my
own customization).
Well, what do you think?
Does it fit your goals?
Do you like it, at all?
Any suggestions?
Bye,
Waldemar
