There should not be too many options. This should suffice:
[x] tickets
[x] repositories
[ ] wiki

Your subscriptions should be highlighted. I think that is enough. No 
need to only show your subscriptions. You should always see other items, 
so you are forced to take part in ticket management & communication.

Please also rename Events to Changes or Changelog. "Events" could be 
anything (meetings, conferences, ...).

Riki: I never tested it. Just wanted to mention that writing one from 
scratch would be too much work.
