Subversion support is now optional. Change 'ENABLE_SUBVERSION = true'
to 'ENABLE_SUBVERSION = false' in config/environment.rb. (This is true
for Collaboa and Titra)
Other than that, there's not really a good way to solve the problem
other than waiting for the distributions to package subversion with
ruby support. Compiling from scratch will always be a major pain and
there's not much to do about that.
