[Collaboa] [ANN] New maintainer

Greetings,

I'm happy to say that Collaboa is now under the hands of Oliver Legg,  
which I trust will do his best to keep Collaboa moving forward. I'll  
still stay around for any questions he or anyone else may have should  
they ask for it.
And I'll probably be working on continuing CSCM in one way or the  
other depending on what Oliver decides to do with it. I'm also going  
to keepthe actual collaboa.org site(s) going, if only for providing  
the actual hosting once Oliver gets a login etc set up.

Oliver should feel free to make any decisions needed.
